Choosing Somebody To Wiggle With!

The dogs arrived, filling the car in comical fashion. Little noses spilling out of the back window. Just an inch given in that glass and little legs began to clamber over, all rushing in to greet us. Furry mayhem is the only way to describe the scene!

We watched in awe, amazed any house could make our own seem quiet and calm.'Please hurry back to the car and fetch the puppies', I thought, as the owner made up the dog cage ready for the tiny newbies. But then suddenly they were all there, the pink bag in the middle of the floor... not a hold-all, but a puppy travel case! Little plump barrel-bodies stumbled out into their newly made bed and my heart melted!

Puppies really are the stuff of fairy tale, if you can ignore the poop, mess and chewing that is! I love puppies!

We had the choice of two, out of the six little bodies before us, four were girls and only two dogs. The first dog was the biggest puppy, the other a little cutie pie sat at the back of the cage rather aloof and gorgeous.

It was no contest really, this little bundle of cute was our newest family member, our new little furry baby...get the nursery ready!

And so with rainbow pink hair I cuddled our new little boy for the first time. Did I mention I love puppies!

Busby came and said hello 'ooooo he soooo cute!' he said, in his lovely sing-song voice.

And then I put little boy down and he waddled after my other little boy in the cutest way ever!

I suspect these two may become good friends!

Did I say I love puppies?

Mummy came back in to check all was OK...

as Daddy and Busby continued to get acquainted with the bundle of cute we had chosen.

Little doggy licks had Busby squealing with delight...

and I am sure I spotted a terrier smile on a little puppy's face!

Welcome to the family little boy!

I think back to my own childhood days with 4 dogs in tow and wonder what memories this new little fella will create for my children to hold forever! Can't wait for this new adventure to unfold...

It's time to start wiggling!
