Homage To Friendship Part 1.

Once, somebody close to me (who shall remain nameless) commented on my life,

''Three kids, Tilly with her troubles and a dog! You do realise nobody will ever want you to come visit any  more!''

That person underestimated our friends and was wrong!

This is the first post in a series celebrating friendship, a homage to our friends who say,

' Please visit, please bring all your kids AND the dog and of course we will empty a room to house Tilly's portable padded bedroom!'

And as we descend on the most beautiful home in London, I reflect on our friends who I love so much and exclaim their awesomeness to the world!

I am not surprised they proved that nameless person wrong...my friends rock!

We may have destroyed the peace and quiet but our friends are still always there with welcoming arms!

Even though they may have realised rather quickly that this may take a drink or two !

Poppy didn't want to go home and tried to convince us to leave her behind!

You see my kiddies had a blast!

Take note you nameless person...Team George can visit and not destroy a house...even if the dog did insist on continually stealing the kids toys in her exuberance at being on holiday!

Say thank you Maisy and be grateful for fabulous friends who accept the four-legged, hairy element of Team George as well!

Even the garden had vintage bunting...I felt like I had fallen into my pinterest boards! AAAAHHH LOVELY!

Poppy insisted on this picture being taken of 'her bedroom' so she wouldn't forget it! I suspect London may have stolen a piece of my daughter's heart forever and I can relate!

Mummy took many many pictures to try to hold onto the wonderful ambiance of our home away from home!

I love it when doubting souls are proved wrong by the wonderful people we are honoured to call friends!

'YOU WONT BE WELCOME ANYWHERE!'

WRONG!!!!!!!

We had the best time and are grateful to the moon and back for our friends.xxxxx

N AND V WE LOVE YOU! XXXXXXXXX

  2. That person must not have been a "real" friend. So nice to have friends who accept and love you for who you (and your family) are

So glad you all had such a wonderful time
You are welcome to visit anytime with the entire family
