A Flight Platform Campaign.
Take part in my first project in this campaign, it's called
50 FOR 50!
That's 50 pounds in weight to loose for orphanage 50 on Reece's Rainbow!
TAKE PART AND BE IN WITH A CHANCE OF WINNING SOME SUPER THANK YOU GIFTS ALONG THE WAY!
Orphanage 50 at Reece's Rainbow is in fact not an orphanage at all but a remote institution where disabled children are warehoused. In a country that for many reasons does not care for it's extra special kiddies, this is their fate, warehoused at institutions from the age of 4 years old, many left cot-bound, many dying an early death. The final destination of the children at 50 will be these shallow graves in the surrounding fields.
This is not a fiction, this is a reality I have seen with my own eyes!

For children like Bobby, Alix, Tania and Katrina, who are at 50, this is their inescapable fate, unless somebody helps!

I have met these beautiful children, seen their desperate need, smelt the thick putrid air they breath and heard their cries! I visited that remote place, saw the endless cots within endless rooms, saw the impossible demands placed on the staff, saw everything with my own eyes and I know I cannot walk away!
Thank God for people like 'The Happy Child Foundation', who strive to change the world for these forgotten children! Read about their new house build project at 50 here!
As an incentive, whilst I undertake my 50 for 50 challenge...I would love people to donate to The Happy Child Foundation for this house build. All donations should be made in dollars via their partner charity Eleanore's Kids here and at the point of donation you should specify it is for..

Funds raised for the house build will go to a Ukrainian based charity called 'The Happy Child Foundation' who have worked to support the institution since 2007.
I had the huge honour of spending time with this charity, meeting staff, seeing their work and travelling with the charity president, Albert Pavlov. These are people doing wonderful things within an impossible situation.
Albert has a real heart for these children and they ALL adore him! They were thrilled to see him, all wanting to shake his hand, calling his name!
Through Albert's work with the Happy Child Fund spectacular changes continue to be brought about within their country. They have already completed the building of the first small group home for 9 boys at the institution, transforming their lives, giving them a chance to live in a home setting, with extra staff caring for them. This first house build has created a new model of care for the country to view, allowing the magic of these children to shine: it's causing huge ripples and providing a much needed 'new model' of care, moving away from the warehousing of special needs children that exists at present.
Timing of this project is spectacularly fortunate, for the BBC are about to start filming a series of 3 documentaries here soon. If we could help bring about these changes in time to be shown to a world-wide audience then the winds of change will surely blow! This timing will allow everybody who supports this project to have their voice heard!
Show the world that people care and these children are
NOT FORGOTTEN!
LET'S BUILD THE SECOND HOUSE AT 50!

All of these funds will help support the second building of a small group home for these kiddies, giving them a chance at a life within a 'home' environment! They need $20,000 to make the renovation happen and then ongoing funds to staff the house!
Above are pictures I took of Albert finding the building that is to be converted.
There are also plans to build an additional sunny playroom for the kiddies that will house about 9 boys and girls to get out and play! The charity are also investigating updating the energy system at the institution. At present the buildings are run using very expensive mazut (black oil). With around 500 euros a new boiler system could be installed that would cost 2-3 times less per year to run, saving up to $40,000 annually!!
Could you spare just $1 or more to help with this amazing work?
.............................................................................................
The money raised for Bobby will be held in his fund at Reece's Rainbow to help a family to afford the huge sum of money needed to adopt him. This is an amazing charity that has done wonders in raising the awareness of the plight of special needs orphans! In 5 years 500 and counting orphans have been saved through them!
It costs a huge ransom to adopt these children, figures up to $40,000 are not unusual!
Who has that sort of money spare or even the capacity to save that amount?
Therefore money becomes the biggest obstacle to wonderful families wanting to adopt.
Reece's Rainbow helps remove that obstacle!
I am Bobby's warrior, I fundraise for him and hope this give-away will significantly increase his adoption fund which has remained still now for too long! (I cannot adopt myself as I live in the UK)
Bobby lives out at 50 and I had the joy to meet him when I visited. Read about my time with Bobby here.
Bobby is in desperate need of a family!
Please could you donate just $1 or more for this sweet child who has no hope without our help?
LET'S CHANGE THE WORLD FOR SOME CHILDREN IN DESPERATE NEED!
